In project execution, Bradford focuses on scope, cost, schedule, and the quality control and quality assurance of these activities. In addition, we make certain that the client and Bradford have the same and complete understanding of these project components. Finally, we apply the necessary and appropriate resources to meet the goals of the project. Bradford has proven systems for management of data, documents, and financial aspects, and we have people with the depth of experience in the disciplines necessary to accomplish the project goals.

Because Bradford employees are skilled and cross-trained in many areas, their expertise allows flexibility for completing projects. On each project, we evaluate methods that willeliminate unnecessary activities. We conduct periodic reviews during projects with clients to ensure that goals are being met. Reviews are held to compare the costs to date with the work completed, along with data verification and clientcontacts, to ensure the quality of our product andperformance.
